As Vice President of Residential Construction Lending, I oversee our home builder services group in Idaho and Eastern Washington that caters specifically to residential builders and developers. We specialize in providing speculative and pre-sold construction financing as well as lot and land development acquisition financing to mid and large scale production builders and developers in our area.


I am an energetic and goal-focused lending professional with 25+ years of residential and construction lending experience. My clients include individual home buyers, realtors, builders and developers. I've financed everything from single family and multi-family projects to golf course and ski resort developments. I credit my longevity in this business to a passion for this industry. I love what I do.
