Severe fires are having a damaging effect across areas of California. If your home is in one of the impacted areas, you likely have many questions. HomeStreet Bank is here to help. Contact our Loan Servicing Customer Service Department at 1-800-237-3194 with any questions or concerns. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time.  If you are not able to reach us during these hours, you can also email us at loanservice@homestreet.com and advise us of the best method and time to arrange a call. 

HomeStreet Bank offers online access to your loan through Check My Loan, to access your loan from HomeStreet.com click Login > Loan. Check My Loan offers you the ability to securely contact Loan Servicing, view monthly billing statements, escrow analysis and year-end statements. You can also setup automatic payments, make a one-time payment and view important details of your loan. 

Please be advised that 2024 year-end statements will be available online after January 20th and will be mailed by January 31st.

  • Please contact us at: loanservice@homestreet.com and include your loan number and a brief description of the issue. Please note: Do not include personal or confidential information in the email.
  • Send a secure message to Loan Servicing by logging into Check My Loan and selecting Secure Messages.
  • All emails and secure messages are generally responded to within 48 hours from receipt.
