Meet the Team

Joyce Lui is the Vice President, Branch Manager for HomeStreet Bank’s Pearl City Office.  She joined HomeStreet Bank in 2021 bringing with her over 20 years of retail banking, asset management, and marketing communications experience from international banks including HSBC, Citi, and Wells Fargo.  Ms. Lui worked in Asia for 12 years before returning to the States in 2020.  In her current role, Ms. Lui oversees all banking operations for the Pearl City Branch including client services, sales, compliance, and communication.  She attained her Bachelor of Marketing from Arizona State University and MBA in e-Business from University of Phoenix. 

Ms. Lui participated in Habitat for Humanity in Hong Kong to rebuild the unique stilt houses that only existed in Tai O fish village.  Also in Hong Kong, she hosted seminars on living and studying in the United States for clients moving to the country.  Ms. Lui’s other volunteer experiences include Junior Achievement in New York and YMCA in Virginia.
