When does my Union Bank mortgage or consumer loan account(s) transition to HomeStreet Bank? We are pleased to welcome Union Bank mortgage and consumer loan customers to HomeStreet Bank! Your loan account(s) transition on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
Account Information
A HomeStreet Bank Welcome Letter will be mailed shortly to all transitioning former Union Bank customers which will provide essential information regarding your loan. Here are a few important details:
How do I make my monthly payment(s)?
All payments made on or after March 1st, 2023, should be mailed to HomeStreet Bank, P.O. Box 34610, Seattle, WA 98124-1610
It takes a couple of days after the transfer date for our automated systems to update. Phone and online payments can be made starting March 6th by calling 1-800-237-3194 and following the prompts. There is no charge to make a loan payment through our automated system.
Please note that no late fees will be assessed, and no negative information will be reported to credit reporting agencies for 60 days after the loan transfer date.
What if my loan is set up for auto-pay?
If your loan is currently setup on AutoPay with Union Bank, your payments will continue to be drafted from your current checking/savings account. If you utilize a third‐party or bill paying service,
please notify them of the change in payee, the HomeStreet loan number and the new payment address for HomeStreet Bank listed above.
If you are not already utilizing automatic payments for your loan, you may be interested in signing up. This is a free and convenient way to make your monthly payment. To enroll you can sign‐up online by following the path above or download the form from our website at: www.HomeStreet.com > MORTGAGE > Your Existing HomeStreet Loan > scroll down and click AUTO PAYMENTS, complete and return the form.
When will I get checks for my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) account?
If you have a Home Equity Line of Credit, new checks will be sent to you. You should receive them by March 15th, 2023.
How do I request a wire transfer from my HELOC?
You may request a wire by contacting our Loan Servicing Customer Service Department at 1-800-237-3194 or visiting a HomeStreet Bank branch to request an advance, send a wire or to generate a cashier’s check.
When will I have online access to my loan account(s)?
Beginning March 6th, your loan information will be available online.
To enable this, you will need to set up an online account by going to www.HomeStreet.com select LOGIN, then LOAN, then LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT. From there you may register your loan by following the “Register Your Account” link.
Once registered you can schedule one-time payments, setup automatic payments, sign-up for eStatements and more.
